New Mailit version 7.0.1.47 released.

Dacons announces the release of the FileMaker® plug-in Mailit 7.0.1.47.

Mailit version 7.0.1.47 for Windows and macOS has the following improvements and fixes:

  • Improved: Code Signing Certificates are used by software developers to digitally sign software pro- grams such as plug-ins as a way for end-users to verify that the code they receive has not been altered or compromised by a third party. FileMaker 18 Server requires plug-ins to have signed code to confirm the plug-ins’ authenticity. Dacons plug-ins’ code is now signed.
  • Improved: The starter solution that used the "Emai_ImapSetSearch" function has been changed. A blank line check and a server response check error code have been added.
  • Fixed: The plug-in crashed with FileMaker 18 on macOS 10.14.5 when used thread processing. This has been fixed.
  • Fixed: Simultaneously installing the plug-in on FileMaker Server in the database extension directory and for FileMaker WebDirect was not possible. This has been fixed and is possible now.
  • Fixed: When working simultaneously on multiple versions of FileMaker, random crashes occurred. This has been fixed.
This update is free for all owners of Mailit 7 licenses.

Mailit 7 comes with a set of open source starter solutions. Also the technical upgrade from Mailit 6 to Mailit 7 is easy. Developer only need to touch scripts if they plan to use the new features. All existing functions work as before.
